Squirrels and incense..
Oct. 25th, 2008 08:57 amPet sitting in Bristol, enjoying watching the squirrels and blue jays munching on corn kernels outside through the patio doors while I have oatmeal and hang out with the cats.
I've accepted my dear friends' invitation to be a bridesmaid at their wedding, but I can't deny that it's a bit painful at the moment. I pour out hope and faith for the best for the future, and try to let go of the rest.
Today brings me to a day of yoga teacher training, and just in time.
Last night's kirtan was great, at a new yoga center, and there was a nice turnout of old and new faces, and lots of great singing. Nice to be introduced as a vocal responder and to get positive feedback, nothing to do with ego, just really healing to feel a sense of being part of something I love.
Now to hit the road so I can get back to Manchester before the workshop.
Later.
-Me.
