Progress thus far..
Jan. 29th, 2007 02:23 pmNice that using my LJ to post photos of my progress actually seems to help me keep up the pace while making these yarns. Anything that prods me to move forward is good.
So, here's all the yarn I have ready and labeled so far..
Not bad, certainly.. but not nearly enough stock to bring anywhere yet. Definitely not enough to launch the website with. We'll see how much further I can get before the summertime rolls around.
Here's an awesome post artists and illustrators should read, reposted by J. Made me smile to remember idiots trying to get something for nothing in my early days, and makes me glad I got paid for the mural work I've done.
Looks like a good week ahead. We'll go play Jyhad in Mountain View on Wednesday night, and we'll go out to dinner somewhere on Thursday to celebrate my 26th year on the planet, and join an Imbolc celebration this coming weekend. Also looking forward to attending PantheaCon in San Jose on the 16th, and going to see The Moody Blues perform on the 23rd. Hooray for February!
