We shall see..

I consider the election results to be victorious for only one reason: The resignation of Rumsfeld. The entire world seems hopeful that the overwhelming party shift in many key races indicates that Americans aren't as stupid as feared, but in the areas that matter the most to me, many Democrats still have their hands coated in blood.
I can only hope that we begin to see an improvement over the next few years, but my anger and cynicism are dissipating only slowly at this point.
