Aug. 26th, 2006 04:41 pmI forgot to read Post Secret the other day while we were here.. so, here we are again, even though our internet will be hooked up(hopefully) in the morning, since new secrets get posted on Sunday. *grin*
We went out and wandered around downtown last night, had tasty Thai food, windowshopped after hours so as not to buy things, and got the schedule for a theatre that shows nothing but classic films.. we may go see Laura on Monday.
Thanks to an unexpected and generous offer from my mother, Murphy and Emerald are going to be staying with my parents in CT for a while, to save us some money and to save the birds the stress of traveling out here. We'll see how it goes. I'm already missing them terribly, as well as the rest of my family and friends. We've got a small fish tank that Henri had in Boston, so we might get a few goldfish, just to give me something low maintenance to stare at and care for.
Alright, off now to run more errands. Perhaps tonight we'll finish unpacking the livingroom.
