*yawn* I'm sort of awake....
Feb. 13th, 2006 02:13 pmTim, who is awesome, sent me Tori Amos' book for my birthday, which arrived yesterday. Just got to chat with him for a bit, which has brightened my afternoon considerably. Hopefully, we'll get to meet up and hang out for some length of time this summer, once his classes let him out to play.
My aunt sent me a valentine today. *smile*
I also just got the letter back from the state, telling me that while they're not giving me free care, I've gotten into the pool of uncompensated care.. basically I still have to pay my bills, but they'll get reevaluated and reduced a bit. Every little bit helps, lately. I just still have to jockey around a lot of paperwork and make a lot of phone calls.
I also just got the excellent news last night that I will have this Sunday off, so I can finish the art project in CT without having to get up early and rush around driving back up here and then to VT. Hooray!

The day's been relatively productive thus far.. I am pleased. I'll be off to work in an hour, then back home tonight. I'm heading to Boston for the night after work on Tuesday, and after my shift on Thursday morning I'm heading down to CT to go to Hartford Stage with my mom. Should be a good week, with a bunch of packing and reorganizing of things thrown in there for good measure.
