Jyhad, toast and sleepiness..

Good time tonight at Dave's, finally got to play V:TES again for the first time since last February. Ended up with a victory point and a concession in the first game, albeit with a Lasombra stealth bleed and Protean agg. deck I love and constructed well, but haven't touched in nearly a year. Reminds me just how much I used to play this game between 2002 and 2004. The table balanced out in my favor, and Jesse's Toreador antitribu were a more than adequate speed bump. Second game lasted a bit longer, but I got eaten first, and it was downhill from there, since Kiri's vampires had gotten out of hand with the aid of Rutor's Hand and way too many untaps. Much good banter and lively play. *happy me*

Work earlier went ok, gloomy weather turning into rain meant that we were dead quiet after 7:30 or so.. but it was a smooth shift, and the ballots for the board election were counted, results should get posted very soon.

I was pleased that I stopped home just long enough to get an unexpected phone call from daobear that left me with warm fuzzies. Mmmm... fuzziness.

Time to attempt sleep, that I may get to work on time and be mostly useful tomorrow.
