Good news and red tape..

artemis42Well, the good news is that my loan was approved, which is awesome, and will help get some of my major obligations taken care of, so my paycheck can again be used for things like food, and maybe getting my first new pair of shoes in 5 years. The downside is that I won't be cutting the checks, my credit union will be, and I have to get all kinds of information completed and returned to them before funds can be disbursed.
Soooo.. today is being spent on the phone with various companies and attempting to obtain some numbers and addresses. Hopefully all the information can get back to me from the medical side as soon as possible.. my goal is to have checks out and on the way by the end of this coming week. *fingers crossed*
Looks like H&I won't be going to N. Carolina, which leaves us waiting to hear from California. I hope the suspense will end soon, but whatever their answer, I know we'll make the best of it.
This weekend will be spent out in Boston.. seems there's a bunch of stuff going on both Saturday and Sunday, so hopefully decorating help can happen next weekend. I still have to get all my art here, anyway. Perhaps I will go make another run this afternoon once I've made all the calls I can..
